Kimberly Horne is an associate attorney dedicated to advocating for employees in all aspects of workplace law. She represents clients in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, and is committed to holding employers accountable and securing justice for those who have been treated unfairly on the job.
Kimberly earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship and actively participated in the International Law Society and Women’s Legal Association. She received her B.A. in English Literature from the University of Southern California.
Prior to joining Laurel Employment Law, Kimberly gained hands-on experience in civil litigation through clerkships with defense law firms and the Los Angeles Superior Court, where she supported a range of cases from personal injury to employment disputes. Her well-rounded legal background and passion for client-centered advocacy inform her thoughtful, strategic approach to each case.
