Our Founding

Our founder spent over a decade as general counsel for a large sourcing company. In this role, he gained unique insights into how employers handle employment law matters. He also solidified his belief that employees deserve dignity and respect—something our firm knows is all too rare in modern workplaces. 

After his time as general counsel, he started Laurel Employment Law with a single vision: leveraging best practices from the business world to deliver better case outcomes and provide unmatched client experiences.
