Dominic Scarangella is a results-driven litigation attorney with substantial experience in
taking complex disputes from the filing of the complaint through resolution. He has
managed hundreds of complex employment matters, represented thousands of
employees against prominent employers and tactfully navigates every stage of litigation.
Dominic is highly skilled in motion practice, obtaining discovery, and leveraging the facts
of his cases to pursue favorable outcomes for his clients.
Dominic attended Pepperdine University, Caruso School of Law where he earned his
Juris Doctor and certificates focusing on Dispute Resolution and Entrepreneurship from
the Straus Institute and Palmer Center. While at Pepperdine, he served as Chairman of
the Palmer Center of Entrepreneurship & the Law. Through his coursework he gained
practical hands-on experience at Pepperdine’s Faith & Family Mediation Clinic and Anti-
Trafficking Legislation Lab. Dominic continues to seek opportunities to help others and
use his unique skill set to stand up for what is right. He brings a broad civil litigation
background spanning employment, personal injury, medical malpractice, civil rights,
appellate, and family law.
Dominic uses his experience to combine rigorous legal analysis with decisive case
management and a willingness to take on difficult disputes. He understands that
effective advocacy requires more than simply knowing the law – it requires developing a
