Agnes Nazarian is an employment law attorney with experience handling a broad range of workplace disputes, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. She has managed cases through all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings. Agnes brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to each matter, with a focus on developing strong cases and achieving meaningful results for her clients.
Agnes began her legal career representing employers and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters before shifting her focus to plaintiff-side employment law. That experience gave her an understanding of how claims are evaluated and defended from the other side. She now draws on that perspective to anticipate opposing arguments, develop strategy, and advocate effectively on behalf of employees.
Agnes graduated cum laude from American University Washington College of Law. During law school, she served on the American University Law Review, was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and represented clients as a student attorney in the Civil Advocacy Clinic. She also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Gerald Bruce Lee of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
