Charles Casado is an accomplished employment law attorney with experience representing employees in complex litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, disability accommodation, and wage and hour disputes. He has a strong background in drafting pleadings and motions, developing litigation strategy, and negotiating settlement agreements.
