Sabrina Sanders is a seasoned employment litigator with over 20 years of experience and more than a decade managing and mentoring more than 50 attorneys. Known for her sharp legal insight and practical leadership, she has built a career advocating for workers and leading high-performing teams to deliver results in complex employment disputes.
Sabrina has successfully handled a wide range of workplace matters, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage violations. As a strategic leader, she has developed firm-wide systems to track performance, improve litigation outcomes, and streamline operations, helping attorneys grow while enhancing the client experience. Her approach blends data-driven strategy with a deep understanding of the human impact behind every case.
She graduated with honors from UCLA, where she focused on employment law, and earned her J.D. cum laude from Golden Gate University School of Law.
When she’s not advocating for clients or coaching attorneys to success, Sabrina loves cooking for her family and watching her son play football under the Friday night lights.
