Eric Suits

Eric Suits is an experienced labor and employment attorney who has litigated a broad range of matters through arbitration and trial.

Mr. Suits attended the University of California, Berkeley for his undergraduate degree and then Loyola Law School, where he graduated near the top of his class. After graduating from law school, Mr. Suits spent several years representing some of the world’s largest employers at leading defense firms. During that time, Mr. Suits litigated some of the most high-profile labor and employment matters in the state. However, Mr. Suits has since realized that his true calling is helping employees.  Mr. Suits' time representing employers has provided him with invaluable insight and an understanding of how labor and employment cases are defended by some of the world’s biggest companies. Mr. Suits uses this experience to champion the interests of his clients in his current practice.   

Mr. Suits represents employees in all facets of employment law matters. He has considerable experience representing employees in litigation involving claims brought under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), California’s wage and hour laws, Private Attorney General Act (PAGA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the California Family Rights Act (CFRA). Mr. Suits also represents employees in matters involving whistleblowing and retaliation claims, including claims brought under the California Whistleblower Act and various provisions of the California Labor Code.
