Bio
Kimberly Hernandez is an attorney focused on providing legal support and advocacy for her clients. She earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 2022, where she received multiple academic distinctions. While in law school, she served as President of the Women’s Law Association and Vice-President of Tax Law Society, competed in the Hispanic National Bar Association’s National Moot Court Competition, and served as a Staff Member of the Journal of International Law. Kimberly also externed for the Honorable Dean Pregerson of the United States District Court for the Central District of California, where she gained incredibly valuable experience.
Kimberly received her Bachelor of Arts in Feminist Studies and Chicano Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she was a Dean’s List honoree and began her advocacy for others during an active 13-hour sit-in protest against assault and for student rights. Kimberly continues to litigate and advocate for her community, representing a diverse client base and fighting for their rights as employees.
