Allen Wei-Lun Ho is an employment litigation attorney with over eight years of experience advising and representing individuals and businesses in high-stakes disputes. His practice focuses on employment law, workplace compliance, and litigation strategy, emphasizing practical, results-driven advocacy.
Before joining plaintiff-side practice, Allen represented corporate and individual clients in complex employment, contract, and business litigation at prominent Southern California law firms. He has managed all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. He has also advised clients on risk mitigation, internal investigations, and regulatory compliance.
Allen earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a Starr Foundation Law Scholar, and his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was a Regents’ and Chancellor’s Scholar. He is admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California. Allen is fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
