Julie Takash

Julie Takash is an employment litigation attorney with a strong record of advocacy on behalf of workers throughout California. Her practice focuses on wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and leave violations, particularly those brought under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, as well as related labor protections. Before joining the firm as an Associate, Julie litigated employment cases at a prominent California plaintiffs’ firm, where she represented employees in all stages of litigation, from case investigation and discovery through mediation and settlement. She began her legal career in insurance defense, gaining valuable insight into defense strategies that she now leverages to advance her clients’ interests. Known for her strategic negotiation skills and results-oriented approach, Julie consistently seeks practical, favorable resolutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for her clients. Julie earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School and her B.A. from Arizona State University. She is admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Julie is an active member of the Latina Lawyer Bar Association and is fluent in Spanish.
