Bio
Bryce Bommer is a seasoned attorney with over a decade of experience in the legal field. Bryce’s experience advocating for employees began before his legal career, as he worked as a recruiter prior to attending law school. As an attorney, he has advocated for employees in state court, federal court, and arbitration. He has experience handling individual matters, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wage violations, as well as representative class action and PAGA matters.
Bryce has experience working as a plaintiff’s attorney and as a staff attorney with the California courts. He has worked for the Superior Courts in San Francisco and San Diego counties and served as a staff attorney for the Supreme Court of California. Through his broad and extensive experience, Bryce has taken the opportunity to mentor and train dozens of attorneys as they progress in their legal careers.
He completed his undergraduate degree at UC Santa Barbara and earned his J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law, where he was an award-winning member of the mock trial team.
When he isn’t fighting for employee rights, Bryce is committed to his true passion of being a parent.
