Anna Coughlin is an employment litigation attorney with a record of strong results on behalf of workers across California. Her practice focuses on wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and leave violations, particularly those brought under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, as well as related labor protections.
Before joining Laurel as Senior Counsel, Anna litigated employment cases at a prominent California plaintiffs’ firm, handling all phases from fact development and depositions to dispositive motions, settlement negotiations, and trial.
