Bio
Arash "Ash" Khosrowshahi has been practicing California employment law for several years, having obtained six and seven figure settlements on a range of wrongful termination and class action/PAGA matters, and having taken cases to trial through verdict for his clients. Ash has consistently been awarded with "Super Lawyers Rising Star" from 2020 to 2024, has been trained by nationally-recognized trial attorneys, and has demonstrated a consistent record of enforcing his clients' litigation rights. Ash has conducted hundreds of depositions and argued before various judges in the state and federal court systems on a host of legal topics, whether they be arbitration battles, discovery disputes, attorneys fees and costs motions, motions for new trial, or opposing motions for summary judgment. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (formerly "Boalt Hall").
Ash believes in fighting the good fight for regular working people against Corporate America. He has seen how honest everyday folks have their rights trampled on by scheming HR representatives and dubious company practices which end with employees improperly paid and treated deceptively and cruelly in violation of their rights. Ash believes it is not only his job but his duty to get justice for employees caught in those positions.
When not working Ash enjoys spending time learning to tango with his fiancée, reading, and international travel.
