Bio
Faik Yetgin, Esq. is a seasoned litigation attorney representing workers in labor and employment matters throughout California in both state and federal courts. His practice includes individual actions under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), complex class actions involving Labor Code claims, and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
A graduate of UCLA School of Law and a Fulbright Program alumnus, Faik brings a global perspective to his advocacy for workers’ rights and economic justice, informed by years of legal education and experience in Turkey, Germany, and the United States. He has represented clients across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, retail, hospitality, healthcare, agriculture, and manufacturing.
Faik has successfully litigated numerous wage-and-hour class and PAGA actions on behalf of employees throughout California. His work has resulted in settlements exceeding $1,000,000, securing both unpaid wages and civil penalties while helping to deter future violations. He is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) and its Wage and Hour Committee.
In addition to litigation, Faik has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation. He has led dozens of mediations, securing favorable outcomes for clients in individual, class, and PAGA matters. He also serves on the California Employment Lawyers Association’s Arbitration Committee and has litigated numerous disputes involving arbitration agreements.
Faik is licensed to practice law in California and is admitted to appear before state and federal courts.
