Kate Miner is the Director of Legal & Shared Services at Laurel Employment Law, where she oversees the firm’s Drafting, Filings, and Settlements departments. In her role, Kate leads cross-functional teams that drive operational efficiency and ensure seamless coordination across every stage of the client lifecycle — from initial demand through final resolution.
With a strong background in entrepreneurship and organizational management, she previously founded and ran her own company and has served on multiple nonprofit and charity boards. Kate works extensively with AI, developing and refining tools that can be implemented across the firm to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and support scalable growth. Her ability to build teams from the ground up, design data-driven systems, and create process clarity has made her a key force in shaping Laurel’s modern legal operations.
