Mae-Elaine Q. Delos Santos is an attorney with over 12 years of experience representing employees in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour individual, class, and representative actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. She has also successfully co-chaired arbitration hearings and bench and jury trials. Ms. Delos Santos’s commitment to the legal profession is fueled by a genuine desire to help others. She treats each client with empathy and seeks justice for her clients who have been wronged in the workplace.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Delos Santos represented clients in a broad range of litigation subject matter, including foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, debt settlement negotiations, family law, and criminal law.
Ms. Delos Santos graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Law and Society before graduating from the University of Laverne College of Law. At Laverne Law, Ms. Delos Santos was a member of Moot Court Honors and the Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition Team.
