Bio
Nicole brings more than a decade of experience in strategy, operations, finance, and venture building. Most recently, she served as a Project Leader and Venture Architect at Boston Consulting Group, where she partnered with leading organizations to build and launch new AI enabled products and businesses. Her work focused on helping teams identify growth opportunities, develop innovative new offerings, and scale organizations through thoughtful strategy and operational excellence.
As Head of Strategy & Operations, Nicole will lead Laurel's financial planning, organizational design, growth operations, and firm strategy. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating systems that enable organizations to scale, and turning complex challenges into practical solutions that drive lasting impact.
Nicole earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.
Based in Golden CO, Nicole enjoys skiing, playing soccer, experimenting to perfect the ultimate sourdough loaf, and spending time with her two dogs, Meeko and Luna.
